For quite some time now, Bavo De Boever, The Chameleon Cook, has been inspiring us at Bio Bakkerij De Trog with recipes for toppings for our delicious organic bread. Today, we want to take it one step further. Traditionally baked organic bread can be so much more than just a loaf.

Hendrik, our master baker, and Bavo, the Chameleon Cook, aim to inspire culinary professionals and creative food lovers alike. We meet several times a month to come up with refreshing ideas for variations to our line of Pur Pain breads. Our creations appeal to every food lover. We take our time and create pure, honest dishes with our tastiest organic breads. Traditional craftsmanship, passion and creativity in combination with honest, organic products are the cornerstone of Bio Bakkerij De Trog and help us contribute to a more conscious and sustainable society. A recipe to which the Chameleon Cook adds a pinch of Rock & Roll.
