MAP is short for Modified Atmosphere Packaging. These products can be stored for up to 21 days after delivery. VRAC is bulk (loose in the box); it can be stored for up to 4 days after delivery. VRAC should be used immediately or stored in the deep freeze. IQF is short for Individually Quick Frozen.

• raw materials/bake-off / IQF: once a week
• freshly baked: once a month if you order twice a week (this can also be modified in consultation with the customer)
• once a week if you order every week.
• rejects are credited on credit notes at the end of every month

• IQF = deep-freeze transport. This differs depending on the destination, price, ..
• Bake-off: depending on the delivery address and unloading time, this can be included in the bread round; and if not, with Cardon, Herve, Kivits
• Freshly-baked is always delivered during our bread round. There are several different bread rounds every day. They deliver between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. in consultation with the customer. Depending on the delivery time, we have an access code or a key.
