ATELIER PUR PAIN’S EXPERIENCE AND R&D CENTRE OPENS ITS DOORS

Inspiration, creativity and permanent education are the code words of our new Atelier Pur Pain.
Atelier Pur Pain was established as an extension of organic bakery Bio Bakkerij De Trog.
The goal of this new experience centre is to provide our customers and bakers with inspiration. We will focus on four pillars:
1. The development of new, pure types of bread in response to the basic trends that already comprise the cornerstone of our bakery today;
2. The professional development of our staff through the provision of permanent training with a focus on quality. New employees will also be immersed in De Trog’s passionate approach to baking organic bread;
3. Our new studio will be used for creative workshops;
4. In the future, we will be able to offer external visitors a visit to the experience centre and a virtual tour of the bakery.
We hope that this will help us keep the passion for pure & tasty bread alive.
This will allow everyone to enjoy artisanal bread every day!
