Small dark-brown wholemeal yeast bread with pumpkin seeds.

Description

Our pumpkin seed bread is a wholemeal form bread in which we mix pumpkin seeds with the dough. To finish the bread, we give it an extra topping of pumpkin seeds. So it's pumpkin seeds all the way! The bread also contains pre-soaked wheat flakes, which make it a great source of fibre. Thanks to the soya flour in the recipe, our 'pumpkin' also includes proteins that are important for the cell structure.
